Temporarily away from the city's noise and impetuous, Shanghai Aolin came to the Sun Island, Qingpu District, Shanghai in July 2017, to complete a happy and meaningful expansion team building. This is a team, this is a whole, in order to complete the goal, and we work hand in hand and share everything with each other. This outward training makes the relationship between the staff and the leader closer, and enables the staff to have the chance to communicate with each other after work, and have a new understanding of each other.

In recent years, the company has developed rapidly. With the continuous expansion of the company, the cohesion and team awareness of the company are particularly important. The development of the outdoor training can strengthen the team's ability to work together. As the old saying goes, "Two heads are better than one". The team members learn from each other, mutual cooperation, that can create a good team.

This training enables all of Aolin employees understand that Aolin company is a whole, and we should work together to face the difficulties and share the success together.
