    B.年龄：30--45岁； C.性别：不限； D.工作经验： 熟悉IATF16949（2016），并有内审员证书，熟悉VDA6.3/FORMEL-Q，有相应证书；熟悉汽配冲压、焊接制程工艺；能独立推动质量管理体系，主导质量问题的分析改善，有过程审核、产品审核、体系审核、分层审核、QSB、管理评审的实际操作经验；熟悉IATF16949五大工具；熟悉供应商管理流程；熟悉模具异常分析以及焊接缺陷的分析，熟悉大众一级配套厂的质量要求；擅长质量管理预防措施落实，具备测量室、试验室管理能力。
